CORE TYPE:

Your returned core must be the same model and version (part number) as purchased.

PARTS TO KEEP:

Keep your manual valve and detent lever if applicable to your valve body.

PACKAGING CORE FOR SHIPPING:

  1. Drain ALL fluids.

  2. Wrap core in plastic bags (we recommend using two separate bags) and seal bags.

  3. Place inside sturdy box with packing material to prevent jarring during handling and transit.

  4. Seal outer box with tape.

LABELING:

If a prepaid return label was included with your order, then place it on the box and give to any UPS driver or drop at any authorized UPS outlet.

Valve Body Pro will not be liable for fees, such as taxes, duties or customs associated with international shipments or lost shipments.

GETTING A CORE REFUND:

To be eligible for a core refund you have 14 days from the date of receiving your valve body to return the core. Carrier scan of the return label tracking is proof it was done on time.

- Once we receive and process your core a refund will be issued. This normally takes two weeks from date of delivery.

- On certain valve body models there are things that are going to effect the amount of, or if you get a core refund. Some examples are, but not limited to; broken electrical connectors; damaged solenoids; broken or cracked castings; parts missing that were sent with the reman valve body; the core does not match what was purchased.

- If there is something about your core you have a question about please contact us beforehand.

IMPORTANT

  • You must return a complete and assembled core to receive full core credit.

  • This includes all components that were provided with the reman valve body or a core credit will not be issued or will be discounted.

  • Valve Body Pro will not be liable shipping damage due to being improperly boxed.
