SAVE AS MUCH PACKAGING MATERIAL AS POSSIBLE THAT THE REMAN COMES IN TO USE FOR CORE RETURN

SAVE ALL PACKAGING MATERIAL
Your returned core must be the same model and version (part number) as purchased.
PARTS TO KEEP:
Keep your manual valve and detent lever if applicable to your valve body.
PACKAGING CORE FOR SHIPPING:
Drain ALL fluids.
Wrap the core in plastic bags (we recommend using two separate bags) and seal the bags.
Place inside a sturdy box with packing material to prevent jarring during handling and transit.
Seal the outer box with tape.
If a prepaid return label was included with your order, then place it on the box and give it to any UPS driver or drop it at any authorized UPS outlet.
Valve Body Pro will not be liable for fees, such as taxes, duties, or customs associated with international shipments or lost shipments.
GETTING A CORE REFUND:
- Once we receive and process your core a refund will be issued. This normally takes two weeks from the date of delivery.
- On certain valve body models there are things that are going to affect the amount of, or if you get a core refund. Some examples are, but not limited to; broken electrical connectors; damaged solenoids; broken or cracked castings; parts missing that were sent with the reman valve body; the core does not match what was purchased.
