The Toyota A761, A760E, and A760H transmissions are engineered for durability but may develop issues in the valve body's critical hydraulic circuits over time. Typical areas of concern include main line pressure and main boost pressure, which are essential for maintaining system efficiency and consistent operation. Secondary pressure and lube pressure can also degrade, potentially leading to overheating or insufficient lubrication. Problems with torque converter apply and release pressure may cause slipping or shuddering. Additionally, solenoid regulation pressure and accumulator pressure wear can result in inconsistent shifts or delayed response.
